How to fix the password in WHMCS

  1. Log into your primary (main reseller) domain's cPanel.
  2. Click the phpMyAdmin icon.
  3. Click the username_whmcs database on the left.
  4. Click the table named "tbladmins".
  5. Click the Edit (pencil) icon for the "admin" row.
  6. Add your desired password to the Password field.
  7. Change the preceding drop-down menu to MD5.
  8. Go to the bottom right and click the Save button.
  9. Now you can use your new password to access your WHMCS.

If you get "Your IP 123.456.78.910 has been banned" when trying to log into your WHMCS...

  1. Log into your primary (main reseller) domain's cPanel.
  2. Click the phpMyAdmin icon.
  3. Click the username_whmcs database on the left.
  4. Click the table named "tblbannedips".
  5. Find that IP address and click the red X on that row.
  6. Now you can try to login to WHMCS and the error is gone.
