Once you enable access to 3rd-party email applications for your Professional Email, you need to set up your Professional Email on these email clients, such as Apple Mail and Outlook. To configure Professional Email on a 3rd-party email application, please use the IMAP/POP settings below:

Configure using IMAP​

In setting up your email client using IMAP:

  • Email address: Your complete Professional Email service email address
  • Password: Your Professional Email password
  • Username (if asked): Your complete Professional Email service email address
Incoming server: imap.titan.emailOutgoing server: smtp.titan.email
Port: 993Port: 465
Encryption method: SSL/TLSEncryption method: SSL/TLS

Configure using POP​

When you set up an email account using a POP server, the emails are downloaded from the server to a third-party email client. This means that the emails will only be accessible through the third-party email client and not through the Professional Email webmail or Professional Email application. In setting up your email client using POP:

  • Email address: Your complete Professional Email service email address
  • Password: Your Professional Email password
  • Username (if asked): Your complete Professional Email service email address

Port: 995Port: 465
